Description and applications
This regulator fits onto an oxygen cylinder to control the flow of oxygen therapy. It is a click flow style with 12 settings, adjustable from 0 to 25 L/min, and is aimed at first aid providers, emergency response teams and clinical settings that want more than one way to deliver oxygen.
Construction is brass, with a chrome plated finish on the body and a brass chamber inside. According to the supplier, it carries TGA registration, meets the relevant Australian standards and has passed an oxygen flammability test.
The twin outlet layout has two self-seal SIS outlets plus one hose barb. That lets you supply more than one patient or device at the same time, or run other oxygen-related equipment such as a resuscitator, suction aspirator or flowmeter alongside a mask and tubing.
