Description and applications
These No.14 wound dressings are for first aiders and anyone who restocks first aid kits and wants dressings that can deal with heavier bleeding. They are quick to apply to major wounds, which matters when someone is hurt and every second counts.
Each dressing has a light absorbent pad that does not stick to the wound, held in place with a supportive cotton gauze bandage. The pad draws excess fluid away from the wound bed while protecting it, helps promote healing and reduces trauma when the dressing is taken off.
The pack contains 10 dressings, each sealed in its own sterile wrapper that opens easily, and comes in a bag with a reclosable clip. It is a sensible refill for workplace, vehicle and site first aid kits.
