Description and applications
The garment is constructed from a durable polyester tricot knit shell with a breathable polyurethane coating, providing a balance of strength and comfort. It is designed as a full-length trouser with an elasticated waistband and adjustable hem studs for a secure, flexible fit. The fabric undergoes heat welding at all seams to ensure complete waterproof integrity. This construction method prevents moisture ingress even under prolonged exposure to wet or harsh conditions.
It offers protection against liquid chemical splashes, including resistance to 10% sodium hydroxide, and meets the EN 13034 Type PB [6] standard for limited-use chemical protective clothing. The material also complies with EN 343 Class 4:2 for waterproof breathability, withstanding 10,000mm water column pressure and transmitting 8,000g/m²/24hrs moisture vapour. An antifungal treatment is applied to inhibit microbial growth in damp environments. The finish is PFAS-free, using Texpel Splash Eco technology that causes water to bead and roll off the surface.
Ideal for use in manufacturing, processing, cleaning, and outdoor maintenance roles where exposure to liquids, chemicals, or inclement weather is common. The wipe-clean surface allows for quick decontamination between uses, supporting hygiene and longevity. Retail packaging is included to support point-of-sale presentation without affecting product performance. Care instructions recommend washing at 40°C, avoiding bleach, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve functionality.
