The unit is constructed from powder coated steel with a solid roof and floor, featuring mesh sides for airflow and visibility. All panels and doors use welded mesh within a rigid steel frame for durability. Magnetic catches keep doors shut while an eye lug allows padlock attachment for security. Raised legs with pre-drilled holes enable permanent ground fixing if needed.
It is designed to hold up to sixteen forklift gas cylinders safely across two storage levels per side. Internal shelves provide organised placement and restraining chains prevent cylinders from shifting or falling. The cage can be relocated by forklift when empty, supporting flexible site layout changes. Safety signs are included to meet workplace compliance requirements.
