Forklift Storage Cage

This is a heavy-duty steel enclosure designed to hold up to eight forklift gas cylinders across two storage levels. It features a powder-coated finish for durability in outdoor conditions and includes a solid steel roof and floor. The sides are constructed from welded steel mesh within a rigid frame to allow airflow while maintaining strength. All panels and doors are built as a single welded unit for long-term reliability.

The cage protects cylinders from physical damage, tipping, and environmental exposure such as rain or UV degradation. It prevents unauthorised removal through a secure locking point and magnetic door retention. Internal restraining chains stop cylinders from shifting or falling during handling or movement. The design ensures compliance with basic safety standards for gas cylinder storage.

It is intended for use in factories, distribution centres, and outdoor service areas where forklifts operate. The raised legs with pre-drilled mounting points allow it to be anchored to concrete or steel surfaces for stability. When empty, it can be relocated using a forklift’s tines for flexibility in site layout. Assembly is completed before delivery, so it is ready for immediate placement and use.
