Description and applications
The glove features a lightweight nylon liner engineered for flexibility and comfort during extended wear. A dual-layer nitrile coating is applied to the upper hand and knuckle area, forming a 270-degree barrier that shields against splashes and spills. This design leaves the palm and wrist more open to airflow, reducing heat buildup in warm conditions. The inner palm incorporates a specialised nitrile foam layer that enhances grip on slippery surfaces without sacrificing tactile sensitivity. This foam layer resists wear better than traditional sandy or microfoam finishes, maintaining performance across multiple shifts. The extended cuff reaches 26cm up the forearm, helping to block debris and liquids from entering the glove at the wrist. Tested to EN 388 standards for mechanical risks and EN 407 for thermal protection, it meets Level 1 contact heat resistance. The product is supplied in packs of twelve pairs, with ten packs per carton for bulk handling.
