Description and applications
This Australian-made cylinder restraint system is engineered to keep gas bottles, oxygen tanks, oil drums and fire extinguishers firmly in place. By gripping the cylinder fully, the system prevents movement both vertically and horizontally. These kits are designed for individual cylinder security and can be bolted to vehicle trays or internal building structures. The flexible design allows operators to snap cylinders into the brackets without lifting them, reducing the risk of manual handling injuries. Changing cylinders is fast via a strap system, while quick-release pins allow the equipment to be moved or cleared when not required. Each kit consists of both upper and lower fittings. The brackets are constructed from 1.6mm thick galvanised steel, paired with UV-stabilised flexible nylon components to ensure durability in various environments.
