Description and applications
This Australian-made restraint system is designed to keep cylinders, oil drums, and oxygen tanks firmly in place. By gripping the vessel securely, the kit prevents both vertical and horizontal shifting during transport or storage. It is suitable for installation on vehicle trays or inside facilities using bolts. The design focuses on worker safety by allowing cylinders to be snapped into position without lifting, reducing the risk of strain injuries. When swapping tanks, a single pull on the straps enables a fast changeover. The system includes both upper and lower fittings to ensure each cylinder is held individually. For added versatility, quick release pins allow the hardware to be moved or cleared when not required. The brackets are constructed from 1.6mm galvanised steel, paired with UV stabilised nylon components to withstand environmental exposure.
