The Gibson is a versatile wide brim hat designed for those requiring reliable sun shielding in outdoor environments. The construction utilises a durable cotton drill for the top, gusset, and brim, which is bonded to an open cell foam laminate and finished with a nylon lining. To ensure the hat maintains its curved profile, a polyester tape is applied over a wire edge on the brim. With a 9cm brim, this headwear provides a high level of coverage against UV rays. This Australian-made product is available in 18 different combinations of colour, size, and packaging to suit different user requirements. When selected in Large or Extra Large sizes, the hat meets the AS/NZS 4399:2017 requirements for sun protective clothing.
