The respirator is a reusable half facepiece designed for reliable protection in demanding work conditions. It features a low-profile shape that maintains clear sightlines when worn under visors or shields. The face seal is secured by an adjustable four-point harness with quick-release fittings for fast donning and doffing. Internal components are minimised to simplify cleaning, inspection, and part replacement when needed.

It safeguards the wearer from a range of airborne contaminants including organic vapours, acid gases, ammonia, and fine particulates. The encapsulated filters provide high-efficiency particulate arrestance, exceeding 99.97% efficiency for dust and mist. Exhalation is facilitated by a low-resistance valve to reduce breath resistance during use. The system is validated to meet the performance requirements of AS/NZS 1716.

Suitable for use in manufacturing, maintenance, construction, and welding operations where respiratory hazards are present. The compact filter layout allows compatibility with most welding helmets and full-face shields. The mask body is constructed from a durable, temperature-tolerant material that remains flexible in cold environments. Hygiene wipes are included to support routine cleaning between uses.
