Half Mask Respirator Small

This is a compact half mask respirator designed for individual use in settings requiring respiratory protection. It features a black finish and is built for durability and repeated use. The mask is engineered to be stripped down and cleaned with ease, supporting regular maintenance. All components are replaceable, allowing for straightforward servicing without needing to replace the entire unit.

It provides protection against non-oil-based particulates commonly found in grinding, sanding, and similar tasks. The design minimises the re-inhalation of exhaled air, helping maintain comfort during extended wear. An optimally positioned exhalation valve releases breath quickly, reducing heat and moisture buildup inside the mask. This contributes to a cooler and more comfortable experience for the wearer.

The sealing area uses variable thickness materials to flex over the nose bridge while maintaining a secure fit. A reinforced chin section stabilises the mask during movement, including when speaking. It is intended for use with compatible filters, which are purchased separately. The product meets the AS/NZS 1716:2012 standard for respiratory protective devices.

Supplied as a single unit, it is packaged in cartons of twelve for distribution. No latex is used in its construction, making it suitable for individuals with latex sensitivities. The construction avoids materials that could trigger allergic reactions. It is intended for reuse with proper cleaning and part replacement.
