The vest protects the wearer by increasing visibility in low-light or high-risk daytime conditions. It meets the requirements of AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 and AS 4602.1:2024 for Class D high visibility safety garments. It also complies with AS/NZS 1906.4 for retro-reflective materials. This ensures the wearer is clearly seen by vehicle operators and machinery drivers.
It is intended for use by traffic controllers, road workers, and site personnel in construction, maintenance, and logistics settings. The vest functions as a high visibility layer worn over standard work clothing. It is suitable for environments where moving vehicles or equipment pose a hazard. Proper care includes washing at 40°C maximum, line drying, and avoiding bleach, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning.
