Designed for equestrians, this helmet attachment provides essential shade and skin protection during outdoor riding. The accessory is crafted in Australia from double-sided cotton drill and meets AS/NZS 4399:2017 requirements for sun protective garments. It features a UPF 50+ rating to shield the wearer from harmful UV rays. To ensure a stable fit, the brim uses a specialised peak holder combined with two adjustable velcro fasteners and a central wide elastic band. The design includes a flexible brimlock edge to maintain its shape. This specific model includes a neck flap for added coverage, though versions without the flap are also available. It is compatible with most standard riding helmets that fall within the 72-76cm circumference range.
