Vision Safe Kool Tie Micro Mesh Aqua

Australian summer sites push core temperature up fast, especially when hard hats and hi-vis layers trap heat around the neck and shoulders. The Kool Tie Micro Mesh Aqua sits in that gap as a simple evaporative cooler that a worker can activate on the job without power, ice or a break in the shift. Soak the wrap in water for a few minutes, shake off the excess and tie it around the neck. The polymer crystals inside the micro-mesh tube absorb the liquid and release it slowly as evaporation pulls heat away from the carotid arteries. Because the fabric is open-mesh, airflow reaches the damp surface directly, keeping the cooling effect steady for hours rather than minutes. When the temperature drops off, the wearer re-soaks it at the nearest tap and goes again. No refrigeration, no gel packs to lose, no condensation dripping down a shirt collar. Supervisors hand them out at pre-start for road crews, scaffolders, drill operators and anyone working in direct sun or confined hot zones. The aqua colour stays visible against hi-vis yellow and orange, and the lightweight tube stores dry in a tool bag or glove box. Site managers stocking heat-stress kits for summer rosters should add these to the order.

• Evaporative cooling activated with water only
• Micro-mesh fabric maximises airflow and evaporation rate
• Reusable polymer crystals hold moisture for extended relief
• Tie closure fits over shirts and under hard hat straps
• Aqua colour remains visible against standard hi-vis garments
• Lightweight and compact for tool-bag storage
• No refrigeration, ice or power required on site
