Description and applications
The respirator features a clamshell design that allows for easy disassembly and cleaning, with all components being replaceable to extend service life. It is constructed without latex, making it suitable for workers who have sensitivities to natural rubber materials. The sealing system incorporates variable thickness to adapt comfortably to the nasal bridge while maintaining a secure fit during movement. An enhanced chin support structure helps stabilize the mask, preventing slippage even when the wearer is speaking or moving. The exhalation valve is positioned to promote efficient airflow, reducing heat and moisture buildup inside the mask. This design minimises rebreathing of exhaled air, supporting user comfort during prolonged use. The kit comes with replaceable filtration elements designed for P2-level protection against particulates. It meets the requirements of AS/NZS 1716:2012 for respiratory protective devices. Each unit is sold individually, with cartons containing six units for bulk handling.
