Description and applications
The coverall is constructed from a lightweight microporous shell fabric designed to act as a barrier against liquid splashes and airborne particulates. It features bound tape seams that enhance integrity and reduce the risk of penetration at stitch points. The material is engineered to be low linting, minimising fibre shedding in sensitive areas. An ergonomic cut allows for ease of movement during prolonged wear without restricting motion.
It offers protection against a range of chemical substances, biological hazards and dust particles commonly encountered in manufacturing, cleaning and maintenance tasks. The fabric resists penetration by liquids under pressure and helps prevent contamination from particulates. Anti-static properties reduce the risk of static discharge in environments where this is a concern. The design ensures the garment remains effective while maintaining wearer comfort.
Suitable for use in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical handling and asbestos removal, where Type 4, 5 and 6 protection is required. The two-way front zip allows for quick donning and doffing, while elasticated hood, cuffs, ankles and waist provide a secure fit. The side elastic waist improves comfort during extended use. It is supplied in a retail-ready bag for presentation and storage.
