Moulded Respirator with Valve

This is a moulded respirator designed for single-use respiratory protection in low-hazard settings. It features a built-in valve to reduce heat and moisture buildup during extended wear. The product comes packaged as a card of three units for convenient distribution. Each unit is shaped to fit securely over the nose and mouth without requiring adjustments.

It protects against airborne non-toxic dusts, such as those generated during sanding, cutting, or handling of materials like wood, plaster, or mild powders. The P1 classification indicates suitability for protection against low-toxicity particulates commonly found in general maintenance or light construction tasks. It does not guard against gases, vapours, or fine toxic particles requiring higher filtration ratings. The valve opens on exhalation to improve comfort and reduce breathing resistance.

Typical use includes workshops, DIY projects, light industrial cleaning, and maintenance work where dust exposure is intermittent and low-risk. It is worn by securing the straps behind the head and ensuring a snug seal around the face. Users should replace the respirator if it becomes damaged, soiled, or difficult to breathe through.
