P1 Moulded Respirator

This is a pre-formed respirator designed to fit a range of face shapes without needing adjustment. The built-in nose bridge helps create a secure seal to reduce inward leakage. Two elastic straps hold the mask in place comfortably during extended wear. It contains no metal components, making it suitable for use in food processing areas.

The mask filters out non-toxic dusts and particles generated during activities like sanding, grinding and soldering. It is intended for use in environments where airborne particulates pose a respiratory hazard. It meets the requirements of the AS/NZS 1716 standard for P1 class filtration. It is not intended for protection against gases, vapours or oil-based mists.

Common applications include workshop tasks, light industrial work and certain medical procedures involving dust exposure. It is also used in woodworking, metalworking and cleaning operations where fine particles are present. The product comes in a box of twenty units for convenient storage and dispensing. Each mask has a shelf life of three years from the date of manufacture.
