P2 Conical Respirator with Carbon and Valve

This is a disposable respirator designed in a conical shape for close facial fit and ease of use. It features an exhalation valve to reduce heat and moisture build-up during extended wear. The soft nose foam moulds to the bridge of the nose for a secure seal without pressure points. Inner layers are made from gentle, non-irritating material for comfort against the skin.

The integrated activated carbon layer helps reduce exposure to low-concentration organic vapours such as solvents, adhesives, and fumes commonly encountered in handling chemicals or coatings. It meets P2 classification under AS/NZS 1716:2012, filtering at least 94% of airborne particles including those from grinding, sanding, or welding. The valve opens easily on exhalation to improve breathability and user comfort. It does not protect against gases, vapours requiring cartridges, or oxygen-deficient environments.
