The product consists of a bulk pack of 100 P2 pre filters intended for use in respiratory protection systems. These filters are designed to be fitted onto gas filters and masks using specific adapters. They are manufactured to meet Australian and New Zealand safety standards for particulate filtration. The pack is supplied without any additional components such as masks or gas cartridges.
The filters provide protection against non-oily airborne particulates including dust, mist and fumes commonly encountered in industrial environments. They are not designed for use against gases, vapours or oxygen-deficient atmospheres. Proper fit and seal with the mask are essential for effective protection. Users must follow manufacturer guidelines for filter replacement and maintenance.
These pre filters are compatible with specific half face mask models including the 5500 and 7700 series as well as the 7600 full face mask. They are used as a first stage of filtration to extend the life of the main gas filter. The filters are installed using the N750036A adapter when attached to a gas filter and the N750037A adapter when connected directly to a mask. Correct installation ensures optimal performance and safety compliance.
