P2 Respirator with Carbon Filter and Valve

This is a pre-moulded disposable respirator designed for reliable respiratory protection. It features an active carbon filter layer that helps reduce exposure to low-level organic vapours. The built-in exhalation valve improves breathability and reduces heat buildup during extended use. The mask is shaped to fit a range of face shapes without needing adjustment.

It safeguards the wearer from inhaling fine particles such as dust, fumes, and mists commonly generated during mechanical tasks. The carbon component specifically targets nuisance levels of organic vapours from solvents, adhesives, or similar substances. The valve opens on exhalation to release warm air, enhancing comfort in warm or humid conditions. The nose bridge is pre-formed to create a secure seal and minimise inward leakage.

It is commonly used in environments where airborne contaminants are present, including workshops, maintenance areas, and construction sites. Tasks such as metalwork, surface preparation, and material handling often require this level of protection. The mask meets the AS/NZS 1716 standard for P2 filtration efficiency. Each card contains three masks, and the product remains effective for up to three years from manufacture when stored properly.
