The 1170NF arrives without interior foam so the user can cut a custom layout or run the cavity empty for bulk items such as cable reels or sensor heads. Its open interior makes it a practical hard case for kits that change between jobs.

The polymer body seals with a tongue-and-groove gasket and two double-throw latches that stay shut under vibration. An automatic pressure-equalisation valve balances internal air during altitude or temperature swings without letting moisture in. Stainless-steel padlock points accept standard shackles for chain-of-custody security. Moulded-in ribs allow stable stacking on pallets or in vehicle racks, and the integrated handle clears gloved hands in cold conditions.

Supplied in black with no foam fitted, the case is ready for custom inserts or bare transport. It suits survey gear, broadcast kits, mining telemetry and any field package that demands a waterproof case rated to IP67.
