Installation takes minutes: peel the lid layer, press the base foam into the bottom, then pluck the grid squares to suit your kit layout. The convoluted lid foam grips the top of each item while the solid base layer absorbs bottom-out impact. Because the foam is cut to the 1507Air footprint, there is no trimming waste and the lid still seals tight against the O-ring gasket. Workshop supervisors appreciate that each case can be configured differently without ordering custom tooling.
