The Pelican 1535AirTP insert kit transforms the 1535 Air case into a fitted organiser for cameras, lenses, drones or test equipment. It sits inside the lightest watertight pelican case in the range, a shell built to meet airline carry-on limits while keeping dust and water out. The insert fills the interior volume so nothing shifts when the case is stowed overhead or checked at the gate.

Two configurations are available. The pick-and-pluck foam set uses pre-scored cubes that you remove by hand to match each item's outline, giving a quick custom fit without tools. The TrekPak system uses rigid divider panels and locking pins that slide into a grid, letting you rebuild the layout whenever the kit changes. Both options use the case's full depth and include a convoluted lid foam layer that cushions the top of the load.

The insert kit is coloured black and matches the 1535 Air interior dimensions exactly. It suits photographers, survey crews and technicians who fly with sensitive gear and need a reconfigurable protective case that stays organised under transit loads.
