Loose gear shifting inside a hard case creates damage risk and slows down the job when you cannot find the right tool fast. The Pelican 1550TP TrekPak divider kit solves that by turning the empty cavity into a fitted layout that matches exactly what you carry each day.

The system uses a grid of aluminium U-channels and repositionable divider panels that lock together without tools. You measure the equipment, snap the dividers into the channel slots, and press the assembly into the case base. Panels can be trimmed with a utility knife for tight fits around odd shapes, and the channels fasten to the case wall with the supplied hardware. Because the layout is mechanical rather than cut foam, you can reconfigure it when the kit changes - new drill, different meter, extra batteries - without buying a new insert. Technicians, photographers and field engineers all benefit from the fast changeover and the firm hold that stops items rattling in transit.
