Inside, the pick-and-pluck foam layers can be shaped around each camera body, lens and accessory so nothing shifts during transport. The double-throw latches open with a gloved hand and stay shut under vibration, while the automatic purge valve balances internal pressure after altitude changes so the lid never vacuum-locks. Stainless steel hardware resists corrosion when the case is loaded wet or stored in humid conditions.
