The system replaces the standard foam insert with a rigid panel grid that locks together using stainless steel pins, letting you build compartments that match the exact profile of each instrument, meter or hand tool.
On site, the divider walls resist crushing when the case is stacked in a ute tray or site container, and the panels can be re-pinned in minutes when the load-out changes between jobs. Because the grid sits flush with the case ribs, the lid still seals on its O-ring gasket, maintaining the waterproof rating the case was built for. Photographers carrying camera bodies, surveyors packing total stations, and electricians storing test gear all benefit from gear that stays put during transit and is visible the moment the lid opens.
