The pick-and-pluck foam design uses pre-scored cubes that you remove by hand to form snug recesses for cameras, meters, hand tools or spare parts. Because the foam is layered, you can create different depths for tall and shallow objects in the same tray, maximising every millimetre of storage volume. The convoluted lid foam adds a cushioning top layer that presses contents down firmly when the case is latched, preventing vertical bounce on corrugated roads or in vehicle trays. This modular approach means the layout can be reconfigured when the kit changes, avoiding the cost of buying new inserts for every load-out.

The set includes a base tray with pluckable columns, a matching lid insert and a bottom foam pad. It fits the 1615 model interior dimensions precisely.
