A push-button switch cycles through high, low and flashing modes, letting the operator match output to the task , close inspection, area sweep or emergency signal. The grip is shaped for gloved hands and the light sits stable on flat surfaces for hands-free use. Because it is rated for the most volatile atmospheres, maintenance electricians, instrument techs and rescue crews can carry one torch across the whole site instead of swapping gear at zone boundaries.
