The Pelican 9480 is a remote area lighting system built to flood large work zones with consistent, high-output illumination. It serves construction crews, emergency responders and industrial maintenance teams who need reliable light across excavations, roadworks, plant shutdowns and night-time operations without running cables or relying on fixed tower lights.

Each unit combines a telescoping mast with a multi-head LED array that can be aimed independently, letting operators direct light exactly where the task demands it. The rechargeable battery pack runs the system for extended shifts, and the wheeled base with retractable handle allows one person to manoeuvre it across rough ground, through doorways and onto elevated platforms. Setup takes seconds: extend the mast, angle the heads, select the output level and the work light is operational. Silent running means no generator noise to interfere with site communications or residential neighbours, and zero emissions make it suitable for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces such as tunnels, basements and ship holds.
