Description and applications
A Pelican dolly built to carry 1560 and 1510 protective cases across hard floors. The unit bolts to the case base and adds four swivel castors so one person can shift loaded containers without lifting. It turns a stationary box into mobile materials handling equipment suited to workshops, warehouses and mobile service vehicles.
The frame clamps onto existing case lugs using the supplied hardware, so no drilling is required. Once fitted, the low-profile wheels keep the centre of gravity down, reducing tip risk on uneven concrete or epoxy coatings. Operators can steer the loaded case through doorways and racking aisles with a single hand, freeing the other hand for doors or paperwork. The swivel castors track straight when pushed but pivot instantly for tight corners, cutting the effort needed compared to dragging or using a hand trolley for short moves.
