Pelican Foam SET,IM2200

The Pelican Foam Set for the IM2200 is a precision-cut insert kit that transforms the empty shell into an organised protective case for sensitive equipment. It suits technicians, photographers and field engineers who need each tool or component locked in place during transport across rough sites or in vehicle storage.

Each layer is pre-scored so you can pluck out cubes to match the exact shape of a camera body, lens, meter or hand tool without cutting tools or adhesives. The convoluted lid foam holds the load down when the case is latched, stopping vertical shift that damages screens or calibration. A solid base layer cushions the bottom against impact when the case is set down hard on concrete or tray beds. The open-cell structure resists moisture absorption and does not shed fibres onto optics or electronics.

Supplied as a complete multi-layer kit for the IM2200 model. The foam is charcoal coloured, high-density polyurethane designed for repeated plucking and reconfiguration. Ideal for mobile workshops, survey crews and broadcast teams moving kit between utes, helicopters and site offices.
