Loose equipment shifting inside a transit case causes damage and lost time on site. This foam set solves that problem by giving the Pelican IM2300 a fitted interior that holds each item in place, whether the case rides in a ute tray, a workshop shelf or a fly-in fly-out bag.

The kit uses a layered pick-and-pluck design so you can tailor the cavities to the exact shape of drills, meters, cameras or spare parts. Each layer lifts out cleanly, letting you create snug nests that stop gear rattling on corrugated roads or during helicopter lifts. The convoluted lid foam adds a cushion against the top shell, while the base layer absorbs bottom-out impact when the case is dropped onto concrete.
