The kit includes a convoluted lid layer, a pluckable base section and a solid bottom pad so users can tailor the interior to the exact profile of their equipment. Technicians press out only the cubes needed for each tool, creating a snug fit that stops rattling and eliminates the need for improvised packing material. The convoluted lid foam cushions the top surface when the case is closed, while the base pad protects the case floor from sharp edges. This arrangement speeds up pack-out at shift end because every item has a dedicated position, reducing the chance of leaving gear behind on site.
