Pelican Foam SET,IM3410

Organising sensitive gear inside a pelican case starts with a foam set cut to the IM3410 interior. Technicians, survey crews and defence personnel use these inserts to stop equipment shifting during vehicle transport or helicopter lifts. The pre-scored layers let you pluck out cavities that match each item profile, so a multimeter, radio handset or lens kit sits level and locked in place.

Each set includes a convoluted lid layer, a base layer and multiple pick-and-pluck middle sections. You press out only the cubes needed for a tight fit, leaving the surrounding foam intact for sidewall support. The lid convolutions grip the top of the load when the case closes, eliminating the rattling that damages circuit boards or calibration settings. Replacement sets are available if the layout changes next project, so the case stays useful across different kits.

The foam is engineered to the internal dimensions of the IM3410 shell and works with the case's pressure equalisation valve and double-throw latches. It suits field service vehicles, aircraft bays and workshop shelves where gear must deploy fast and survive rough handling.
