Electricians and instrument technicians reach for the TrekPak divider kit when a standard foam insert does not match the kit they carry. The system replaces the stock liner in a Pelican IM2500 with a grid of aluminium U-channels and corrugated panels that can be cut to length on site, letting the user build compartments around multimeters, cable testers, probe sets and hand tools without wasting space.

Each panel slots into the channels and locks with steel pins, so the layout stays rigid when the case is tossed into a ute tray or stacked on a pallet. Because the dividers are user-configurable, the same case can be reconfigured when the job scope changes - swap a row of fuse blocks for a thermal camera, or make room for a laptop and charger alongside the hand tools. The panels are water resistant and the pins are corrosion resistant, so the interior holds up in humid plant rooms and coastal switchyards.

The kit includes full-width and half-width panels, U-channels, locking pins and a cutting tool, all sized for the IM2500 shell. It turns a blank protective case into a fitted kit that keeps sensitive gear from shifting during transport across rough site roads.
