Description and applications
The knee pad features an anti-compression air-injected gel layer combined with a foam core to deliver superior cushioning and shock absorption. This design reduces pressure on the knee joint during extended use, helping prevent fatigue and discomfort. The construction is built to withstand regular wear in demanding work conditions. A non-marking outer cap ensures that surfaces like finished flooring, tiles or polished concrete remain unscuffed during movement. The large profile of the cap enhances stability by minimising the risk of the knee rolling sideways while kneeling or shifting position. This contributes to safer, more controlled movement on site. Made from heavy-duty 600D polyester fabric, the outer shell resists abrasion and tearing from rough surfaces. A thermoplastic rubber (TPR) cap adds grip on wet or oily floors, reducing slip risk when transitioning between positions. The perforated neoprene inner lining promotes airflow and wicks away moisture to keep the skin dry and comfortable. Elastic velcro straps allow for quick and secure fitting, accommodating a range of leg sizes without adjustment delays.
- Air-injected gel and foam core provide effective impact protection
- Non-marking cap safeguards delicate work surfaces from scuffs
- TPR-enhanced cap improves traction on slippery or wet floors
- Perforated neoprene lining manages moisture and enhances comfort
