This long sleeve hi-vis shirt is made from lightweight 100% cotton drill fabric, offering breathability and comfort during extended wear. It features a two-tone design with contrasting panels that help resist dirt buildup on the garment. The shirt includes double chest pockets with internal pen dividers for organised tool storage. Plastic buttons secure the front closure, providing a durable and easy-to-use fastening system. Gusseted sleeves enhance mobility, allowing unrestricted movement during physical tasks. A back bodice split incorporates cool flow mesh ventilation to improve airflow in warm working conditions. The garment provides protection against being overlooked in low-light or high-risk environments through its high-visibility reflective elements. Segmented reflective tape follows a bio-motion pattern to enhance the recognition of human shape at a distance, improving safety awareness. The fabric is rated UPF 50+, blocking over 98% of harmful ultraviolet rays for sun protection. Designed to meet Australian safety standards, it complies with AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 and AS 4602.1:2024 for Class D/N visibility, as well as AS/NZS 1906.4 and AS 4399 for UV protection. Suitable for use in construction, roadwork, logistics, and outdoor maintenance roles where visibility and comfort are essential.
