The device is a compact, lightweight respiratory protection system designed for personal use in demanding work settings. It features an exchangeable lithium-ion battery that powers an internal fan unit to deliver clean air. Airflow can be adjusted across five preset levels ranging from 170 to 240 litres per minute. A built-in flow control system ensures consistent air delivery even as the filter becomes clogged or the battery charge decreases. The unit includes both audio and visual alarms to alert the user to changes in filter status or battery level. A newly designed LED control panel allows simple one-button operation for adjusting settings and checking system status. The filter cover attaches via a new click-lock mechanism, enabling quick and secure replacement without tools. An integrated barometric sensor automatically adjusts airflow based on altitude, maintaining performance from 500 metres below sea level up to 4500 metres above. It is suitable for use in welding, grinding, surface finishing, automotive and shipbuilding tasks. Additional applications include agriculture, food processing, building and construction, and woodworking operations. The system helps protect against silica dust when used in accordance with relevant government guidelines. It comes with a P R SL filter, a pre-filter, a comfort-padded belt for secure wear, a battery charger, and a flow indicator to monitor air delivery performance. The entire assembly is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 for respiratory protective devices.
