Description and applications
The SECUNORM 300 is a light safety knife with automatic blade retraction, so the blade returns into the handle after every cut. It weighs about 52 grams and the handle is moulded from fibreglass filled plastic, which resists abrasion when the knife is carried and used all day.
The knife is supplied with a rounded tip trapezoid blade, No. 65232. The cutting depth is about 19 mm, which suits cartons, film, strapping and other everyday packaging. A soft grip slider and a rounded knife end make it comfortable to hold, and the retail pack shows the fitted blade size.
Changing the blade is quick. Press the blade change button to remove the plastic insert, and the click in blade cover and built in magnet make the swap easier and safer. Replacement No. 65232 blades are sold separately.
