Stratex 120L Oil and Fuel Spill Kit Refill

Stratex 120L Oil and Fuel Spill Kit Refill provides a complete top-up for an existing mobile bin after a cleanup event. The package delivers hydrophobic socks, pads and cushions that soak up hydrocarbons while pushing water away, a sack of granular absorbent for surface work, a fresh brush and scoop combination for sweeping up used granules, heavy-duty red PVC gloves, four contaminated waste sacks with cable ties, a plastic security tag and a laminated instruction sheet. Every component fits inside the original 120-litre wheeled container so the kit is ready to roll again immediately.

The absorbent materials target petrol, diesel, lubricating oil, hydraulic fluid and similar hydrocarbon liquids. Because the fibres repel water, they remain effective in wet weather, on damp concrete or near stormwater grates where water is present. The granular product works on sealed floors, asphalt and unsealed ground, giving flexibility across different site conditions. Gloves and waste bags protect the responder and simplify disposal of saturated media.

To deploy, pull the bin to the spill, don the gloves, and ring the area with socks to stop migration toward drains. Lay pads and cushions onto the pool to recover the bulk liquid, then scatter granules over the remainder and sweep them up with the brush and scoop. Place all used media into the labelled waste sacks, secure them with the supplied ties, attach the security tag and follow site waste procedures. The instruction sheet outlines each step for quick reference during an emergency.
