Stratex 120L Wheeled Bin General Purpose Spill Kit Refill

This refill package replenishes a Stratex 120L standard wheeled bin kit once the original supplies have been exhausted. Inside the box you will find six absorbent socks measuring 1.2 metres each, fifty absorbent pads, two absorbent cushions, one bag of granular absorbent, a pair of red PVC gloves, four contaminated waste bags, four cable ties, a plastic security tag, a brush and shovel set, and a spill response instruction sheet. Every component is selected to work together so the bin is ready for immediate deployment again.

The absorbent materials are engineered to handle a broad range of everyday fluids including water-based liquids, oils, fuels, coolants, paints, solvents, degreasers and most non-hazardous chemicals. Socks act as barriers to stop the spread and protect nearby drains, while pads and cushions soak up pooled liquid quickly. Granular absorbent works on both sealed concrete and unsealed ground, giving flexibility across different floor types.

To use the refill, simply open the wheeled bin, place the new socks, pads, cushions and granular bag inside, and store the gloves, waste bags, ties, tag and brush set alongside them. When a spill occurs, pull the bin to the scene, deploy the socks to contain the flow, apply pads and cushions to recover the bulk, then sweep up the granular material with the brush and shovel. Bag all saturated items using the supplied waste bags and cable ties, attach the security tag, and follow the instruction sheet for proper disposal.
