Stratex 120L Wheeled Bin Spill Kit – AdBlue

Stratex supplies a mobile response unit built around a tough 120-litre wheeled bin that keeps all components together and ready to move. Inside the bin you will find six 1.2-metre absorbent socks, fifty absorbent pads, two absorbent cushions, a bag of granular absorbent, a pair of red PVC gloves, four contaminated waste bags, four cable ties, a plastic security tag, a brush and shovel set and a spill response instruction sheet. Every item is selected for fast deployment when a spill occurs.

The absorbent materials are formulated to soak up AdBlue, coolants, water-based fluids, paints, solvents, degreasers and most non-hazardous chemicals. Socks can be placed around the perimeter to stop liquid from reaching drains or sensitive equipment, while pads and cushions pull up pooled product. Granular absorbent works on both sealed concrete and unsealed ground, and the brush and shovel make recovery of the used granules straightforward.

Typical locations include fuel stations, heavy machinery workshops, transport depots and industrial worksites where AdBlue and similar liquids are stored or transferred. The wheeled bin allows a single operator to roll the kit directly to the spill zone, deploy the socks and pads, apply granular absorbent where needed, then collect saturated materials into the waste bags for disposal. The security tag shows at a glance if the kit has been opened since the last inspection.
