Description and applications
This oil and fuel spill kit comes in a 30L carry bag that fits behind a ute seat, in a truck toolbox or beside a fuel pump. The white absorbents are hydrophobic, so they take up petrol, diesel, engine oil, hydraulic fluid and lubricants while leaving water behind.
Two 1.2m absorbent socks stop the spill spreading toward drains, and twenty pads lift the oil or fuel. The bag of granular absorbent cleans up what remains on concrete, bitumen or bare ground.
Red PVC gloves, two disposal bags with cable ties and laminated instructions complete the kit, so contaminated material can be bagged and sealed straight away. It suits service vehicles, plant operators, workshops and refuelling points.
