Stratex 60L Wheeled Bin Chemical Spill Kit Refill

This Stratex refill kit restocks a 60-litre mobile container with a full set of chemical-rated absorbents and personal protective equipment. Inside you will find a three-metre absorbent sock, two shorter socks measuring 1.2 metres each, twenty-five absorbent pads, two absorbent cushions, two bags of granular absorbent, a pair of red PVC gloves, safety goggles, three contaminated waste bags, three cable ties and a spill response instruction sheet. Every component is selected for compatibility with aggressive liquids so the kit is ready for immediate deployment.

The absorbents tackle a broad range of hazardous substances including acids, alkalis, caustics, corrosives, solvents and unknown fluids. Socks are used to surround a release and shield nearby drains, while pads and cushions soak up pooled liquid. Granular material works on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt and metal as well as on loose ground like dirt and gravel, giving responders flexibility across different floor types.

Designed for larger factories, laboratories, workshops, chemical stores and industrial sites where spill points may be scattered, the wheeled bin allows the kit to be moved quickly to the incident area. Workers can don the supplied goggles and gloves, contain the release with socks, recover the liquid with pads and cushions, then sweep granular absorbent over the residue before bagging waste for disposal.
