Description and applications
Stratex provides this single IBC bunded spill pallet as a practical containment solution for industrial environments. This unit features a low profile of 700mm to ensure users can access containers without strain. The design is innovative and stackable, which helps reduce the total footprint in a warehouse and lowers the shipping costs when ordering several units at once. It provides a wide working surface of 2.5m2 to accommodate a single IBC or various smaller drums.
This equipment is engineered to handle accidental leaks and spills from chemical containers. By capturing hazardous fluids within the sump, it prevents dangerous substances from contaminating the floor or entering drainage systems. The system can be enhanced with optional clip-on dispensing units that channel fluids directly into the base during decanting. This allows operators to retrieve and reuse spilled liquids, which reduces waste and improves operational efficiency.
Users can move the pallet easily using integrated fork pockets, provided the IBC is removed and the sump is empty. For those storing equipment in external areas, all-weather covers are available to protect the unit. Sump plugs are also provided to facilitate the recovery of captured liquids or to drain the basin. The overall dimensions are 700H x 1680W x 1680L mm.
