Description and applications
It is a one-piece face shield designed to attach securely to specific earmuff models without a harness. The unit is constructed from durable polyethylene for reliable impact resistance. Its design allows full 180-degree coverage around the head area. The browguard is sold as a standalone component for use with approved visor systems.
It protects the eyes and face from flying debris, particles and minor impacts common in workshop and site environments. When paired with a visor, it forms a complete barrier against hazards such as dust, sparks and light splashes. The protection is intended for use in light to moderate risk situations where full face shielding is needed. It does not replace primary eye protection like safety glasses or goggles.
Typical applications include manufacturing, maintenance and light fabrication tasks where earmuffs are already in use. The browguard slides onto the ADDER earmuff model via integrated QuickLock clips. These clips allow fast visor changes without tools. The product is meant to be used only with the specified earmuff and visor combination as outlined by the manufacturer.
