Description and applications
This hard hat is designed for head protection in demanding work environments. It features a lightweight construction with multiple ventilation points to enhance airflow and comfort during extended wear. The extended peak and integrated rain gutter help shield the face and eyes from sun and precipitation. A replaceable cotton sweatband ensures hygiene and comfort over long shifts.
The hat includes moulded slots for attaching hearing protection, allowing compatibility with standard 25mm earmuffs. It accommodates a wide range of head sizes through an adjustable harness system. The six-point webbing harness distributes pressure evenly for improved stability and wearer comfort. Harness adjustment is simplified via a PushLock mechanism for quick and secure fitting.
Customisation options such as pad printing or vinyl cut printing enable site-specific identification, like fire warden roles. The product meets recognised Australian and New Zealand safety standards for industrial head protection. It is supplied as a single unit, with packaging quantities suitable for bulk distribution. Replacement harness components are available separately for maintenance.
