The design focuses on stability and ease of movement across a commercial floor. A large work platform allows the user to access the task from three different sides, reducing the need to constantly climb up and down. To assist with heavy workloads, an integrated shelf keeps tools and parts within reach. The 125 mm wheels allow for smooth gliding between workstations, while a high-visibility powder-coated braking arm is used to lock the unit in place, which reduces the risk of unauthorised movement while someone is aloft. Steel bracing under the bottom step and along the sides protects the frame from impact damage caused by trolleys or machinery.

This unit is constructed from fully welded aluminium with 100 mm deep treads and a 200 kg load capacity. It is certified to AS 1892 and stands 0.82 m high. These specifications ensure a durable, industrial-grade solution for reaching elevated shelving in a warehouse.
