The Bailey Modular Access System is a heavy-duty aluminium platform used to create customised heights and configurations for industrial access. It is built for high-frequency use in demanding environments such as aviation maintenance, mining, defence, and large-scale warehousing. Unlike standard ladders, this system provides a stable, wide base for workers who need to remain elevated for extended periods while handling equipment or stock.

Daily operation is streamlined by the lightweight aluminium frame, which allows for easier manoeuvrability across the workshop floor. The inclusion of foot-operated castor locks ensures the unit stays firmly in place once positioned, reducing the risk of shifting during use. To get the system operational, it arrives flat-packed with standard-size fasteners and tools. The assembly process is simplified by pictorial instructions and full-size bolt templates, meaning site crews can deploy the platform quickly without needing specialised engineering tools. Removable handrails are integrated into the design to provide a secure transition into the work zone.

This industrial-rated system supports a maximum load of 200 kg per platform bay and is manufactured to AS 1892. The construction is rust-resistant, fully welded aluminium, and comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
